No. Atelier enhances the environment around your product — removing the background, adding a styled scene, adjusting lighting — without modifying the product itself. Your product's colours, shape, labels, and details are preserved exactly as they appear in your original image. For AI Virtual Model outputs, we recommend reviewing images before publishing to confirm product accuracy.

Atelier accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP files. For best results, upload a high-quality image with the product clearly visible. Smartphone photos work well — a plain or neutral background in the original makes the AI output even cleaner, but it is not required.

We recommend uploading images up to 25 megapixels for optimal processing speed and quality. The maximum file size per upload is 50 MB. If your image is larger, resizing it before upload will give you faster results with no quality loss in the final output.

Atelier integrates natively with Shopify, WooCommerce, and Ecwid. Connect your store and Atelier pulls your full product catalog — titles, descriptions, and images — automatically. Generated images are pushed directly back to your product listings without any manual downloading or re-uploading.

On paid plans you can queue your entire product catalog for bulk processing in a single batch. Images are processed in parallel, so a catalog of 100 products does not take 100 times longer than a single image. There is no per-session cap on how many products you can process.

Most individual images are ready in under 30 seconds. During peak periods or for more complex scene types, generation may take up to a minute. Bulk catalog jobs run in parallel, so large batches complete significantly faster than processing images one by one.

One credit generates one complete AI image for a product. You can monitor your remaining credit balance at any time from your account dashboard. The free plan includes free usage on sign-up with no credit card required. Paid plans are credit-based — purchase credits as you go, with no expiry.

Your uploaded images are stored securely only for as long as needed to deliver your results and allow you to download them. We do not sell your images or share them with third parties. Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time directly from your account settings. Any unused credits on a cancelled plan are available until the end of your billing period.
