All you need is a product photo. Upload a clear image of your item (clothing, jewelry, shoes, or other product), choose a background or model style, and Atelier will generate a studio-quality result in seconds.

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Recommended minimum resolution: 800 × 800 px.

No experience needed. Atelier is designed to be used by anyone — just upload your product photo, pick a style, and the AI does the rest. There are no complex settings or editing skills required.

Atelier currently specializes in:

Inside the app, click Upload or drag and drop your image onto the upload area. You can upload a single image or multiple images for batch processing. Once uploaded, select the enhancement type (model photos, background removal, etc.) and click Generate.

Most images are generated in under 30 seconds. During peak times it may take slightly longer. You can queue multiple images and they'll process in order — you don't need to wait for each one before uploading the next.

Yes. Each generation attempt uses one credit. If you're not satisfied with the result, you can generate again with the same image or adjust the style settings. For best results, try the tips in the Image Quality Tips section below.

The Background Remover isolates your product from any background and replaces it with a clean white or transparent background. It's ideal for marketplace listings (Amazon, Etsy) that require plain backgrounds. One credit is used per image.

Yes. After generation, click the Download button on any result to save it in high resolution. You can also push images directly to your connected Shopify or Ecwid store without downloading first.

A credit represents one image generation or enhancement. Each time you generate a new product image — whether it's an AI model photo, background removal, or any other tool — one credit is consumed.

Every new account receives 2 free credits with no credit card required. This lets you try the tool and see results before committing to a paid plan.

When your credits reach zero, new generations will be paused until you top up or upgrade your plan. Your existing generated images remain accessible — you won't lose anything.

Log in to your account at app.atelieraistudios.com, go to Settings → Billing, and choose the plan you want. Upgrades take effect immediately and your remaining free credits carry over.

Install the Atelier Shopify app from the Shopify App Store. Once connected, Atelier can import your existing product listings directly — no manual uploading. After generating enhanced images, you can push them back to your Shopify product pages with one click.

Connect your Ecwid store from within the Atelier app. Your product catalog syncs automatically, so you can select any product, enhance its images, and push the results back to your Ecwid listings without leaving Atelier.

Atelier-generated images can be downloaded and uploaded to any eCommerce platform, including Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, and others. Direct one-click sync is currently available for Shopify and Ecwid, with more integrations coming soon.

No. When you push enhanced images to Shopify or Ecwid, they are added to your product's image gallery alongside the originals — nothing is deleted. You can then reorder or remove images from within your store admin as needed.

Go to Settings → Billing in your account and click Cancel Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you won't be charged again after that. Generated images remain accessible after cancellation.

If you're unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, contact us at support@atelieraistudios.com and we'll review your request. We assess refunds case by case and aim to resolve all issues promptly.

Log in, navigate to Settings → Billing, and click Update Payment Method. You can add or replace a credit/debit card. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Atelier never stores your raw card details — only a secure token is kept on file.

Send a deletion request to support@atelieraistudios.com from your registered email address. We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

The best input images are:

• Well-lit — even, diffused lighting with no harsh shadows
• In focus — sharp details across the entire product
• Minimal background — a plain or neutral background improves AI accuracy
• High resolution — at least 800 × 800 px; 1500 × 1500 px or higher recommended

For garments, lay the item flat on a clean white or light surface (flat lay), or place it on a ghost mannequin to show the shape. Ensure the full item is visible — don't crop out sleeves, hems, or collars. Avoid heavy wrinkles, as these carry into the generated image.

Results depend heavily on the quality of the source image. Common causes of unexpected output include:

• Dark or uneven lighting in the original photo
• Complex patterned backgrounds that confuse the AI
• Low resolution or blurry source images

Try shooting the product against a plain white or light grey surface with good natural or soft box lighting for best results.

Absolutely. Modern smartphones produce excellent quality images that work great with Atelier. Make sure to shoot in good lighting, use the rear camera, and avoid using digital zoom — move closer to the product instead.
