How to Bulk Edit Your Product Photos with Atelier (Step-by-Step)

What Bulk Edit actually does

Bulk Edit takes the image set you'd normally generate one product at a time and runs it across your entire selection at once. You decide which products to include, choose a saved template, and Atelier generates a fresh, on-brand set of images for every one of them — automatically.

It's the feature that turns "I'll get to the rest of the catalog eventually" into a single task you start and walk away from. Generation happens in the background and can take up to 24 hours depending on how many products you've selected — but when it's done, every listing comes out with the same framing, lighting, and style. If you're managing dozens or hundreds of SKUs, this is how you upgrade all of them without touching each one.

Step 1 — Open the Bulk Edit page

From your Atelier dashboard, click Bulk Edit in the left sidebar. This is your command center for catalog-scale jobs: every task you've run lives here, with its status, progress, and how many products it touched. To start a fresh one, click Create New Bulk in the top-right.

Step 2 — Filter the products you want to include

The new task opens on the Filter Products step. This is where you tell Atelier exactly which listings to process. Leave every field empty to select your entire catalog, or narrow it down with any combination of:

• Title contains — match products by a keyword in their name, like "New Summer Collection".
• Status — limit to Active products (or another status).
• Vendor — target a specific brand or supplier.
• Product Type — include only a certain category.
• Integration / Store — pick which connected store the products come from.

As you set filters, the count at the bottom updates in real time — so you always know exactly how many products you're about to process before you commit. Here it's narrowed to a single store's active summer collection, landing on 20 products selected. When the selection looks right, click Next: Choose Template.

Step 3 — Choose your template

Next, pick the template Atelier should apply to every product in your selection. This is what keeps a bulk job consistent: the same number of images and the same prompts run against each listing, so your whole catalog comes out looking like one shoot. Step 4 — Review & run

The final step, Review & Run, shows you a summary of everything before anything happens: how many products are in the task and which template will be applied. Give it one last look, then run the task. Atelier queues the job and starts generating images in the background — you don't have to keep the tab open.

Step 5 — Track progress and collect your images

Back on the Bulk Edit page, your new task appears in Your Tasks with a live progress bar, a product count, and a status that moves from running to Completed. Hit Refresh any time to check in.

Because Atelier is regenerating images for your whole selection, a bulk task can take up to 24 hours to finish. That's normal — and it's working through every product so you don't have to. When the status reads Completed, your updated, studio-quality images are ready across the catalog. We're confident the results will surprise you.
